A repeat client called one day with a concerned tone in his voice. A little back story, originally we first removed a dent from his wife’s VW, then his 2016 Maserati. I ensured the gentleman I would be over as soon as I was finished with my scheduled vehicles for the day. Upon my arrival what appeared to be the same vehicles, same color sitting in the same spots but upon walking up to the garage I noticed something different. The Maserati was a new vehicle a 2018. I greeted the client and congratulate him on his band new nice vehicle. He explains to me in the calmest fashion, one of which I would have probably not been able to do, how on deliver the day before the vehicle was DENTED. Apparently the delivery driver upon unstrapping the vehicle somehow put a dent about the size of a finger nail on the rear quarter panel just above the body line. I honestly felt bad for the owner and the vehicle. It’s one thing to have a ding in a vehicle a year, a few months, or even a week after purchasing but on the trailer in front of your home. Luckily we where able to restore the factory look to the vehicle, save the original paint and the pre-damaged value.
